Quotation Checklist

We want your quoting process with us to be as easy as possible. To help make that happen, we've put together a checklist to review before submitting a quoting package. Including all of the information below will help ensure your quote is returned to you quickly and accurately. Feel free to copy and paste the following information — with your answers — into a document to submit with your quote.
Please provide the following information.
- CAD Data — ODB++ format preferred; Gerber format is also acceptable. Include fiducials, fab drawing, paste layer, and XY data.
- Bill of Material (BOM) — Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. Include manufacturer part number and description, reference designators, and Do Not Populate locations.
- Any relevant assembly drawings, schematics, and additional assembly or test instructions
- Desired quantities to quote
- Estimated usage per month or year
- Due date for receiving quotation (if applicable)
- Due date for receiving finished assemblies (if applicable)
Also helpful are:
- Photos of previous builds, 3D rendering, or an actual board sample (when available)
- Any known issues or extra work required based on previous builds
Please indicate the following.

* All assemblies will be built to IPC-A-610F and IPC/WHMA-A-620B Class I standards, unless otherwise specified.
