In order to properly receive and produce your consigned project, we will need the following:

• PCBs with rails and fiducials

• Components in good form (Tape & Reel, Tubes, Matrix Trays)*

  • *We recommend the following overage quantities:

    • Passive Devices: 2-3%

    • Active Devices: 1%

    • High Cost Devices: 1 extra or 1%

• BOM with reference designators

• Assembly drawings

• Special tooling fixtures, if required

• Gerber paste layer, if stencil required**

  • **Panelized Gerbers if PCBs are in panel layout.

• Please provide any special handling instructions or requirements.

 

Almost all delivery delays are caused by component shortages or lack of proper documentation. Please be sure to include adequate materials when forwarding your consigned kit.
