We want your quoting process with us to be as easy as possible. In order to facilitate this experience, we have created a checklist for you to review prior to submitting a quoting package to us. Including all of the information below will help ensure that the quote is returned to you quickly and accurately. Feel free to copy and paste the following information (with your answers) into a document to submit with your quote.

Please provide the following information:

• CAD Data

  • ODB++ format preferred; Gerber format is also acceptable

  • Include fiducials, fab drawing, paste layer, and XY data

• Bill of Material (BOM)

  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format

  • Include manufacturer part number and description, reference designators, and Do Not Populate locations

• Any relevant assembly drawings, schematics, and additional assembly or test instructions

• Desired quantities to quote

• Estimated usage per month or year

• Due date for receiving quotation (if applicable)

• Due date for receiving finished assemblies (if applicable)

 

Also helpful are:

• Photos of previous builds, 3D rendering, or actual board sample (when available)

• Any known issues or extra work required based on previous builds
